We offer a wide range of grilling and cooking solutions, including traditional grills, electric grills, hot plates, sandwich grills, and affordable pizza ovens. For those who love outdoor cooking, we also have paella burners and various accessories to enhance your grilling experience.
Do you sell accessories for grilling?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive selection of accessories to complement your grilling needs. Our offerings include charcoal, cleaning brushes, BBQ sets, skewer sets, seasoning and spices, ignition crates, pegs, griddle plates, BBQ sauces, pizza slicers, and mesh bags.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account here.
What is your shipping policy?

What is your return policy?

How do I exchange a product?
The exchange is done by returning the product you wish to exchange and making a new separate purchase for the selected product through the online store.
Returned the products. When will I get my money back?
Once we have received and processed the returned products, we will issue a refund. You will receive a confirmation of the refund via email. The refund is typically returned to you within 3-5 business days after the refund has been processed.
I have received a promotional code for the online store. How can I redeem the benefit or discount?
The benefits and discounts from promotional codes are applied to the total order amount in the online store's shopping cart. Enter the promotional code in the designated Coupon field. The discount will be activated at checkout and will appear in the breakdown of the shopping cart/order form. You can use only one promotional code per order. Not all codes can be combined with other discounts.
